These Terms & Conditions govern all vacation packages, travel arrangements, and services booked with United States Voyages. By confirming a booking, the customer agrees to the following terms.
1. Booking & Payments
1. A booking is confirmed only after the required initial deposit is received.
2. Full payment must be completed before the final due date specified in the invoice.
3. Prices are subject to availability and may change until the booking is confirmed with a deposit.
4. Failure to complete payment by the due date may result in automatic cancellation of the booking.
2. Travel Documents & Responsibilities
1. Customers are responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and other travel requirements.
2. The company is not responsible for denied boarding, immigration refusal, or entry restrictions due to incomplete documentation.
3. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for all travelers.
3. Changes by the Customer
1. Any changes requested after booking (dates, hotels, flights, names, etc.) may be subject to airline, hotel, or supplier change fees.
2. Administrative fees may apply for handling modifications.
4. Changes or Cancellations by the Company
1. In rare situations where changes are required due to supplier availability, natural disasters, political issues, or operational reasons, the company will offer:
Alternative arrangements of equal value, or
A refund where applicable.

5. Cancellation by Customer (Personal Reasons)
If a customer decides to cancel their vacation for personal reasons:
• The initial deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
• Any amount paid above the deposit will be refunded after deducting any non-recoverable supplier charges (if applicable).
• Refund processing may take 7–30 business days, depending on airlines and suppliers.
6. Emergency & Force Majeure Refunds
Refunds may be considered case-by-case in situations such as:
Death of the traveler or immediate family member
Serious accidents or medical emergencies
Natural disasters, war, government restrictions, pandemics, or other force majeure events
In such cases: • Refund eligibility depends on airline, hotel, and supplier policies.
• The company will make every reasonable effort to obtain the maximum possible refund.
7. No-Show Policy
Failure to travel or use booked services without prior cancellation will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be provided.
8. Liability Disclaimer
1. The company acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, transport providers, and tour operators.
2. We are not liable for delays, injuries, losses, accidents, weather disruptions, or events beyond our control.
3. Customers agree to travel at their own risk.
9. Acceptance of Terms
Payment of deposit or full amount confirms that the customer has read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
